The CORSAIR NATIONALS will return to New England on the weekend of JULY 25-26-27, 2025. This three-day event is open to trimarans of at least 19 feet and no more than 41 feet. Racing will be in Buzzards Bay and hosted by the Beverly Yacht Club in Marion, Massachusetts. This event is sponsored by Corsair Marine as the first of a four-year Corsair Nationals series. (The Corsair Nationals will move to California in 2026, the Great Lakes in 2027, and Florida in 2028.)
Racing shall include a distance race Friday July 25, and windward-leeward buoy racing Saturday and Sunday July 26-27. The event will include social gatherings Friday and Saturday evenings and an awards ceremony Sunday afternoon.
The Corsair Nationals-BBMR event follows the July 19, 2025, Black Dog Dash, NEMA's annual gathering of multihulls at Vineyard Haven, Martha’s Vineyard. The BDD is a pursuit race, starting with anchors and sails down in Vineyard Haven Harbor and racing to Edgartown and back to the beach outside the Black Dog Tavern.
Following the Corsair Nationals on the weekend of August 9-10, 2025, will be the Newport Unlimited.
Boats that participate in all three regattas will be eligible for the NEMA Triple Crown, which will be worn by the skipper who gets the combined best score in all three events.
